Ticket purchase with the "Sofort" payment method

Please note that if you choose the "Sofort" payment method, you will receive a confirmation email within 3 days.

Ticket cancellation / right of withdrawal

Tickets that have already been purchased and paid for cannot be cancelled/revoked, as tickets for events are a service in connection with leisure activities (§ 312g Para. 2 Sentence 1 No. 9 BGB).

However, it is possible to rebook the tickets to another date. Please let us know by email at least 7 days in advance:

Private ticket resale

If you find out early on that you will not be able to attend the event for health or other reasons, you can try your tickets/e-tickets via the Bohème Sauvage Facebook  page ,  group  or respective  event page  offer for resale. Especially at a sold-out event, you will quickly find grateful buyers. We would like to point out that the tickets may only be sold at the original price (plus system fees) or cheaper.
The name of the buyer is on every ticket/e-ticket. This does NOT have to be exchanged in the event of a sale. The only decisive factor at admission is that each ticket/e-ticket is printed out and presented only once.

When buying tickets via Facebook or other social media networks, please watch out for so-called ticket scams/frauds .
